Why echoes?
In 1933, George Palmer Dishner left her home in Western North Carolina and traveled to Johnson City, Tennessee to go to business college. She had a love for language and as she got older, began to write poetry. Her collection of poems, called Heritage Echoes, was printed by a small printing house in the late 1970's. Our home place came to be called
Heritage Echoes.
As Mamaw's voice was heard through her writing, echoes create+cultivate's goal is for your business' to create echoes throughout our community.

Our mission is to help you create strong relationships and partnerships within the community through strategic initiatives, compelling messaging, and leadership coaching.

Philosophy
One of Dianna's most visible projects, was the revitalization of the landmark sign, now known as the Johnson City sign. Dianna recognized Johnson City needed an iconic image that would showcase the downtown district and worked with partners to save the 40 foot landmark.

This is the heart of echoes philosophy, your brand and impact should be able to resonate throughout our community.
